Background
In my academic career, I understood how fragile and easily stressed plants and animals can be outside of their unique circumstances.
This made me wonder if this was true for people. After a year of research and writing, I had applied this curiosity to humanity and 'How to have an easy life' became a principle.
The principle of exploiting ones uniqueness detailed in the book enabled my successes. I have today built on the book to produce a series of courses designed to be a quick, stable and robust route to enthusiasm and the means to understand what you want and how to get it.
It's always better to be lost with a map, but even better if you never get lost in the first place. These courses give you the means to enjoy the rest of your life.
